DMCA Policy
Vasco 100% Sub-20 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the full text of which can be found at the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to us.
This policy outlines the information required to submit a valid DMCA notice or counter-notice to Vasco 100% Sub-20.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our platform infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) for further detail):
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our platform (e.g., specific URL(s) to the allegedly infringing material).
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent pursuant to the DMCA (see 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3) for further detail). This counter-notification must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the URL(s) of the content).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Vasco 100% Sub-20 may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
